SOP FOR OPERATION OF VORTEX SHAKER

1. Objective: To lay down the procedure for the operation of the Vortex shaker.

2. Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the Technical Assistant, Technical Manager, Quality Manager, and all individuals working on the instrument.

3. Instrument Details:

4. Procedure:

· Enter in the log book (in and out time).

· Switch on the machine.

· Put the vessel on the pan area and allow shaking for desired time.

· Again check whether the operation is done or not.

· In case of operation incompleteness again repeats the same.

· Switch off the machine.



5. Precaution:

· Clean the machine area every day

· The sample putting pan area should be handled with care.
