How can I give my Mendeley Account articles access to other Mendeley Users and Non Mendeley Users

Sharing with other Mendeley Users

Mendeley allows you the creation of one private group for free (for 25 members) and unlimited public groups that you can upgrade for more.

Private Groups 25 members

Public Groups 50 members (Paid Storage)

Institutional Group 100 members (Paid Storage)

Steps for Creating Groups:

1. From the left-hand side menu navigation, scroll down to "Private Groups"

2. Click on "Create group" and give your group a name as per your wish

3. Right-click on your group and select "manage group"

4. Click the blue "invite members" button to add members to your group

5. Invite members to your group.

Helpful hints:

-Make sure to use the email address that your group members are connected to their Mendeley account

-You can see how many members you have left or added on the "manage group" page

-All group members can make modifications and add references to a group and article too.
