Standard Operating Procedure for Training Needs Identification and Management in Laboratory Animal House

1.0 Purpose:

The purpose of this Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is to systematically identify and address the training needs of employees within the Laboratory Animal House.

2.0 Scope:

This SOP aims to ensure the continual enhancement and updating of employee skills across various activities within the laboratory. 3.0 Responsibility:

All personnel who are adequately trained, including scientists and Quality Assurance Unit (QAU) members familiar with the operation and management of the animal house, are responsible for adhering to the guidelines outlined in this SOP.
