SOP FOR OPERATION AND CLEANING OF MULTI VORTEX MIXER

1.0    PURPOSE:

1.1 The purpose of this SOP is to define the procedure for Operation, and Cleaning of Multi Vortex Mixer.

2.0 SCOPE

2.1 This standard operating procedure provides the procedure for Operation and Cleaning of Multi Vortex Mixer in quality control department

3.0 RESPONSIBILITY:


3.1 Quality Control Person shall be responsible for:

3.1.1 To initiate and preparation of standard operating procedure.

3.1.2 Training and Monitoring of standard operating procedure.

3.1.3 Final report preparation of Operation and Cleaning of Multi Vortex Mixer.

3.2 Head Quality Control shall be responsible for:

3.2.1 To confirm the content, correctness and detailing of standard operating procedure.

3.2.2 To ensure the training of this standard operating procedure to all concerned department persons.

3.2.3 To ensure the implementation of the standard operating procedure after training.

3.2.4 It is final responsibility of Quality Control Head to maintain the Operation and Cleaning of Multi Vortex Mixer.

3.3 Quality Assurance Person shall be responsible for :

3.3.1 To check the standard operating procedure.

3.4 QA Head shall be responsible for:

3.4.1 To approve new or revised standard operating procedure.

6.0 PROCEDURE

6.1.1 This operation is applicable for the instrument mention below:

6.1.2 Name of Instrument- Multi Vortex Mixer

7.1.3 Instrument ID – QCD/VM/031

7.1.4 Make – REMI


7.1.5 Model No – VM-101-Plus


7.1.6 Push the main switch “ON” and power LCD is glow.


7.1.7 Press & turn the regulation knob to set the speed.


7.1.8 Press & turn the regulation knob to set the pulse.

7.1.9 Finally, Press & Turn the regulation knob to set the time

7.1.10 Put the sample in the test tube, which is put on the rubber pad.

7.1.11 After all parameter setting, press the “START” key to start the test.

7.1.12 Push the main switch “OFF” & power LCD is off.

7.2 Cleaning Procedure:

7.2.1 Clean the instrument with the lint free cloth.
