2.1 This SOP shall be applicable for recording and control of specimen signature of all employees working in the Department of Quality Assurance and Animal House Facility.

5.0 PROCEDURE
5.1 Before starting the training, all newly recruited employees shall record their specimen signatures i.e. their full signature and short signature in Format no. F…………… titled “Signature Log”.
5.2 The Signature Log shall be reviewed once a year.
5.3 On addition of a new employee, the entry shall be added as an addendum.
5.4 On deletion of an employee, the entry shall be stricken off with a single horizontal line such that the cancelled entry is still legible.
5.5 The Signature Log shall be updated for deletion or addition during the routine review.
