4. Procedure:
4.1 The laboratory management system implementation of ISO 17025:2017.
4.2 Internal Audit and Management Review meetings conduct periodically for improvements in the lab.
4.3 Quality Manual, Quality Policy, Quality Objectives, audit results, analysis of data, corrective action and preventive action reviewed periodically for better improvement.
